Lockryd Svenljunga
Logistea announced in December 2021 that a conditional declaration of intent had been entered together with Hansson Holding AB for a lease agreement with an international battery cell manufacturer of 380,000 sqm of new production, and that an exclusive land reservation agreement had been signed of one million sqm of land with Svenljunga municipality for the establishment. The project is proceeding according to plan.
Updates
August – November 2022 – Ongoing work on various aspects of the preparation of the detailed plan. Stage 2 of the archaeological investigation continues.
June 2022 – Measurement work for the detailed plan carried out in collaboration with the city of Borås.
May 2022 – Stage 1 of the archaeological investigation completed.
March 2022 – Svenljunga municipality begins procurement and ordering of studies on nature and environmental impact.
March 2022 – Logistea signs a letter of intent for a land allocation agreement concerning a previously signed land reservation agreement regarding one million square meters of land in Svenljunga municipality.
