Logistea AB (publ) has recruited Maléne Broman as Head of Property Management and a new member of the Group Management. Maléne has extensive expertise and over 20 years of experience in property management and leadership from established Swedish real estate companies. Maléne will take up her new position in the first quarter of 2022.
Maléne Broman will assume the role of Logistea’s Head of Property Management and a new member of the Group Management during the first quarter of 2022. Maléne is educated in property management and property valuation and is currently Head of Property Management at Galjaden Fastigheter. Prior to that, Maléne has among others been Property Manager at SveaReal, Property Manager at GE Real Estate and at Kungsleden.
Logistea has an attractive portfolio of warehouse and logistics properties with a current rental value of 143 MSEK. Maléne Broman’s focus on results and experience from property management is important for the role of Logistea’s Head of Property Management and she will thus also further strengthen an already strong team, says Patrik Tillman, Chairman of Logistea.
Logistea’s property portfolio has grown from 189 MSEK in property value to over 2,000 MSEK in two years. The company currently owns properties in 16 locations in Sweden with a combined leasable area of almost 305,000 square meters. All properties are located in attractive logistics hubs close to Gothenburg, Jönköping, Örebro and the Öresund area.
