Logistea AB (publ) is a publicly listed Swedish company and as such its corporate governance is based on Swedish rules and legislation, primarily the Swedish Companies Act, Nasdaq Stockholm’s rules for issuers, the Swedish Code of Corporate Governance, the Articles of Association and other pertinent rules.
Logistea is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm’s mainlist (Mid Cap) fully applies the Swedish Code of Corporate Governance. In the event of any deviations, the principle of “comply or explain” is applied.
The Board of Directors is responsible for continuously monitoring compliance with the code by the Board and management as well as the company otherwise.
