Logistea AB (publ) (“Logistea”) has entered into a new lease agreement with a large international logistics operator regarding premises of 15,000 sq.m. to be used for warehouse and logistics operations within the property Trollhättan Grundstenen 7. Through the new lease agreement with the tenant, the property is largely fully let. The lease agreement is entered into on a term of three years and the tenant is expected to gain access to the premises at the end of December 2023.
The premises is currently leased by Gymgrossisten who will vacate from the premises during December 2023.
