Logistea announced on 26 September 2023 a voluntary tender offer of its outstanding senior unsecured green bonds according to which Logistea has offered to repurchase the outstanding bonds for cash payment.

The Tender Offer expired on 2 October, 2023 at 12:00 CEST.
Conditions for the repurchase in brief:
- Description of the bond: 2021/2024 Sr Unsec Green FRN.
- Outstanding amount: SEK 500,000,000 (of which Logistea, before the Tender Offer has repurchased SEK 116,250,000).
- Minimum denomination: SEK 1,250,000.
- Price: 101% (plus accrued and unpaid interest).
- Repurchase period: The tender offer expired at 12:00 CEST on 2 October 2023.
- Settlement: Settlement of the Tender Offer is expected to occur at or around 5 October 2023.
- Holders of the Bonds have, in connection with the Tender Offer, accepted the repurchase of the Bonds corresponding to a total nominal amount of MSEK 303.75.
- After the repurchase, the Company has outstanding bonds (which Logistea does not own) corresponding to MSEK 80.
