Logistea AB (publ) signs a new lease and extends an existing lease in Borås for a total area of 4,200 sqm

Logistea has signed a lease agreement with Globen i Svenljunga Aktiebolag ("Globen Lighting") regarding office and warehouse space at Vindrosen 4 in Borås for a total of approximately 3,150 square meters with an annual rent excluding supplements of approximately SEK 3.5 million. Furthermore, Logistea has also extended the lease agreement with existing tenant Camfil Power Systems AB on the same property by 5 years, until 2028-11-30. The agreement covers approximately 1,050 square meters with an annual rent excluding supplements of approximately SEK 1.4 million. The rental agreements have an average term of 7.3 years and a total rental value of just over SEK 35 million.
