The value of the property amounts to approximately 25 MSEK and has a leasable area of approximately 5,140 sqm. The building is fully let with an average remaining contract length of approximately four years. Annual rental income amounts to approximately 2.4 MSEK and estimated net operating income amounts to approximately 2.1 MSEK.
Logistea has today accessed the warehouse and logistics property (Vetet 1) that the company acquired on December 21, 2021 from Spannmålet Fastighets AB. The property is in central Värnamo and has a strong communication location with proximity to Jönköping, Ljungby, European highway 4 (E4) and access to railway connections. The property has a value of approximately 25 MSEK and a leasable area of approximately 5,140 square meters. The building is fully let with an average remaining contract length of approximately four years. Annual rental income amounts to approximately 2.4 MSEK and estimated net operating income amounts to approximately 2.1 MSEK.

The property in Värnamo is financed through a directed share issue of 143,569 new B-shares at a price of 31.18 SEK per share and cash payment.
