Logistea has today acquired and taken over a warehouse and industrial property (Lockryd 2:73) in Lockryd, attractively located in the expansive Borås region. The seller is Arom-Dekor Kemi AB, which at the same time signs a 15-year triple-net lease agreement on the entire leasable area, whose production and packaging takes place mostly in the property.
The property has an excellent location close to several European highways and consists of approximately 27,700 square meters of land area and 10,585 square meters of lettable area. The majority of lettable surfaces consist of renovations or extensions that took place during 2021. Annual rental income amounts to SEK 5.6 million and net operating income is estimated at SEK 5.4 million.
Logistea has an active acquisition strategy in western part of Sweden and we see great potential for continued growth in the region. It is also particularly gratifying that with the acquisition we are also entrusted with signing a 15-year lease agreement with a stable and growing company such as Arom-Dekor, says Tobias Lövstedt, COO, Logistea.
Logistea finances the purchase through cash payment and bank loans.
