Logistea AB (publ) (“Logistea”) has entered into a new lease agreement with Gina Tricot AB regarding 6,300 sq.m. of warehouse premises within the property Viran 8 in Borås. The lease agreement is entered into on a term until 2029 and Gina Tricot AB gained access to most of the previously vacant premises on 1 September 2024. Following the letting to Gina Tricot AB, the property is fully let.
