Logistea AB (publ) has signed a new 7-year lease agreement with 3P Logistic AB (“Exacta”) regarding premises of 11,100 sq.m. for logistics within the property Bofors 1:47 in Karlskoga.
Logistea AB has signed a new 7-year lease agreement with Exacta for a total of approximately 11,100 sq.m. of premises adapted for logistics within the property Bofors 1:47 in Karlskoga. The lease agreement entails that Exacta prolongs the lease and expands the area and that the premises will be developed and adapted to the business operations. With the new lease, Logistea's properties in the Bofors area are fully let.
The total rental value of the new lease excluding supplements amounts to approximately SEK 35 million, corresponding to an annual rental income of approximately SEK 5 million excluding supplements. Previously contracted rent amounted to approximately SEK 3.7 million per year including supplements.
