Logistea AB (publ) has recruited Jesper Carlsöö as Head of Project Development and Leasing, and member of the Group Management team. Jesper has more than 15 years of experience in managing and leasing logistics properties, and is a many-time award winner as best Leasing Manager of the year. He takes up the post immediately.
Jesper has studied business and finance at Stockholm University and has previously worked at Corem Property Group, where he held roles as Regional Manager and Leasing and Marketing manager. Prior to that, he served as Property Manager at the M2 group.
“With his knowledge and experience from project leasing of warehouses and logistics properties, Jesper will be an important part of the effort to reach our goal of producing at least 25,000 sqm of new space annually. With Jesper's drive and track record in combination with our large portfolio of buildable land, we have the best conditions for future project development within Logistea”, says Niklas Zuckerman, CEO of Logistea.
Jesper Carlsöö has been named “Leasing manager of the year” by the publication Lokalguiden seven times since 2013, most recently in 2021. The same year, he was part of the winning team receiving the “Logistics Establishment of the Year 2021” award from the publication Intelligent Logistik. Jesper Carlsöö will assume the role as Logistea’s Head of Project Development and Leasing immediately.
