Logistea has signed a new lease agreement of 5,700 square meters with a global logistics company in the property Tappen 1, Borås, at an annual rent of approximately SEK 3.3 million. The lease agreement replaces a previous sublease agreement for the same premises. The property, which has an attractive logistics location next to National Highway 40, is fully let.
A lease agreement has also been signed for a short-term lease of 6,470 square meters with a global player in freight forwarding and third-party logistics in the property Vindan 1, Borås, for a total rent of approximately SEK 1 million. The premises were previously leased by Cellbes, who has moved into new premises within the same property. The property, which has an attractive logistics location next to National Highway 40, is fully let.
“With these leases agreements, Logistea maintains a high and stable rental rate in Borås. It also shows that we are an attractive party in the market and that our long-term management and development work generates good results,” said Maléne Broman, Head of Property Management at Logistea.
