On October 7, 2021, Logistea AB (publ) issued a senior unsecured bond loan of 500 MSEK within a total framework amount of 1,000 MSEK on the Swedish bond market. The bond loan has a variable interest rate of STIBOR 3m +5.15 per cent per year and has final maturity on October 7, 2024.
As previously announced, Logistea has applied for admission to trading of the bond loan on the sustainable bond list at Nasdaq Stockholm. The application for admission has today been approved by Nasdaq Stockholm and the first day of trading in the bond loan is Friday, November 26, 2021. The prospectus for the bond loan is available through the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (www.fi.se) and the company's (www.logistea.se) websites and on request in paper format.
