Odd Molly International AB (publ) has decided at an Extraordinary General Meeting today, October 22, 2021, to change the company name to Logistea AB (publ).
At the Extraordinary General Meeting, it was also decided to change the object of the Articles of Association
to acquire, develop and sell properties and conduct related activities.
The company’s current short name ODD on Nasdaq Stockholm will, after the processing time at the Swedish Companies Registration Office, change to LOGI. The current ISIN-code SE0002017657 remains.
