Rights Issue 2023

The board of directors of Logistea (“Logistea” or the “Company”) has on 14 July 2023 resolved to carry out a fully guaranteed rights issue (the “Rights Issue”) in order to manage future debt maturities in the Company’s outstanding bond loan. Secondly, the net issue proceeds are intended to be used for future property acquisitions within warehousing, logistics and light industry in accordance with the Company’s growth strategy and value creating investments in the existing property portfolio. The resolution was made under the authorisation granted at the Annual General Meeting on 5 May 2023. The Board resolved on 17 August 2023 on the complete terms and conditions of the Rights Isse. The subscription period expired on 11 September 2023 and, consequently, it is no longer possible to subscribe for shares in the rights issue.

The Rights Issue in brief:

• The subscription price has been set to SEK 6,25 per share.
• The purpose of the Rights Issue was to manage future debt maturities in the Company’s outstanding bond loan. Secondly, the net issue proceeds are intended to be used for future property acquisitions within warehousing, logistics and light industry in accordance with the Company’s growth strategy and value creating investments in the existing property portfolio.
• The Rights Issue is fully subscribed and the guarantee commitments have not been claimed.
• As a result of the Rights Issue, Logistea will receive proceeds of MSEK 436, before deduction of issue costs.
